Quiet Serenity
Nestled on a quiet street, The O offers one and two bedroom boutique apartments. Although our community is small our apartments are spacious.
The new owners of The O, purchased the apartments in November 2016 and immediately started renovating the property. The entire exterior of the complex has been painted, the Laundry Room has been spruced up and new lighting has been installed in the front of the building. The Pool was completely remodeled with new travertine tile at the water line along with a Pebble Tec finish. The parking lots were just repaved and sealed for our residents convenience.
The interior of the apartments have a modern flair with special attention in the kitchens and baths. The baths have stone counter tops and vessel sinks. The goal is to deliver a beautiful product at a reasonable price. The O is a truly unique apartment rental property.
